I love quotes...always have! When a friend shared this one with me a little over a month ago neither of us knew she would be moving to Texas at the beginning of July:
Having nothing in your homes that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful. William Morris
I know God has an awesome plan for my friend and her family and when I start to get sad the excitment of what God is doing takes over.
For a long time I feel as if I have been in a season where people, places and things are being "stripped away". It makes me think of this song...
Lyrics:
When the music fades
And all is stripped away
And I simply come
Longing just to bring
Something that's of worth
That will bless your heart
I'll bring You more than a song
For a song in itself
Is not what You have required
You search much deeper within
Through the ways things appear
You're looking into my heart
I'm coming back to the heart of worship
And it's all about You
All about You, Jesus
I'm sorry Lord for the thing I've made it
When it's all about You
It's all about You Jesus
King of endless worth
No one could express
How much You deserve
Though I'm weak and poor
All I have is Yours
Every single breath
I'll bring You more than just a song
For a song in itself
Is not what You have required
You search much deeper within
Through the way things appear
You're looking into my heart
I'm coming back to the heart of worship
And it's all about You
All about You, Jesus
I'm sorry Lord for the thing I've made it
When it's all about You
It's all about You Jesus
Its all about you
Jesus
It really is all about HIM and what He is doing in and through me...I pray I shine for Him.

I like that quote and that song is beautiful. We sing it often in church.
