THEN SINGS MY SOUL SATURDAY

I've been "Sweetly Broken", hope you are too!

This sums up my week:

Chorus:
At the cross You beckon me
You draw me gently to my knees, and I am
Lost for words, so lost in love,
I’m sweetly broken, wholly surrendered

"I’m sweetly broken, wholly surrendered...

You’ve called me out of death
You’ve called me into life
And I was under Your wrath
Now through the cross I’m reconciled"

I love songs that talk about the cross and His faithful love. I like being reminded of the wrath that was to come upon me, but was withheld from me when I accepted Him as my personal Lord and Savior. God surely anointed this song. I am blessed. Thanks for posting. {hugs}

SO beautiful. It's good to be reminded that the Lord loves and values us when we are broken and at our lowest, and we have but to surrender to Him and He will make us whole again!

He's trying to get me wholly surrendered. But I'm still hanging on some to my own ways. What a great message in this song.

Hi Mari,

I stopped in to say "hello" and thank you for the comment you left on my blog awhile back. I have been hosting company and am just now getting around to visiting your blog. I love the honesty and authenticity that I have read so far. God bless.
