A FUNNY WAY TO END THE DAY

Sunday as we were leaving a friend's house I dialed my in-laws, so my hubby could wish his dad a happy Father's day. As I handed him the phone he turned around to back up and hit the phone out of my hand and it sailed directly, screen first, into his freshly poured glass of Georgia Sunshine. Needless to say the phone had no shine, no screen and no signal when it was retrieved from a still perfectly good cup of tea. So, remember . . .

It was a hysterical way to end a wonderful day. I googled "cell phone fell in cup of tea" and was glad to find out I am not the only one who has had this experience. There were got 89,700 results with the first ten being of no help to me. The phone had to be replaced on Monday, turns out tea (or any other liquid for that matter) is not so good for cell phones. If my cell phone is going to fall in anything it should be TEA.
